Great video. I did have to rewind it at a few spots to catch everything since you were talking a tad too fast for me, but otherwise, excellent content and presentation.

  2. Truth Hitman

Most white women were racist and reflected the attitude of mainstream society, which is why you can count on one hand how many black women were actually involved in joining the white controlled feminist movement. In the end, after white women got the vote they forgot about black women. It was people like Marcus Garvey, Rosa Parks, Malcolm X, and Martin Luther King, who fought for the civil rights and human rights of black people. Those white women didn't give a dam about black people. But what they did was USE black women like the feminist who made this video. When Michael Brown was shot the white feminist supported Darren Wilson and NOT Michael's Brown's black mother.

my friend and I went to Howl-O-Scream this year I have a mohawk and are a series Punk my friend is a goth we are both girls when we were walking down the path these guys were walking behind us and when they noticed that we were holding hands they start to follow us before we got to where we were going we had been followed twice around the square and they were making monkey and yelling lesbians things seemed like a really preppy people I could not help but think that if we not been dressed we were we would not been hurast regard less of if we were holding hands

  4. Adeen mckenzie-kennedy

A great video. I really like how you acknowledge the likes of early Black feminist such as Sojourner Truth and Frances Harper's contribution to the early suffrage movement in the nineteenth century. Have you heard of Maria Stewart? She was the first woman to publish and lecture political writings in public and she also happened to be a Black woman. You definitely have a new subscriber here because I believe that intersectionality needs to be acknowledged in feminism today.

white feminism without white women??!! Lies. None of the three waves of women served WOC to gain their own right to vote. It came way later after White women's charade. WOC of color separated from the main group of feminism to become something else without the the name feminism. You don't talk about that.

  6. Emma Frost

I like first wave feminsts. Atleast their rebellion made sense. Equal opportunities for all.

  7. MaSoNGaMeR115

Why do non whites deserve their own video over whites? Racism, third wave feminism is ridiculous and the reason white culture and countries are nearly gone.

SO LET ME GET THIS… BLACK FEMINISM IS  BETTER.  THE HYPOCRISY IS THAT FEMINISM ITSELF DESTROYS and was not directed at the Black woman. WHITE SOCIETY ALREADY KNEW THAT BOTH THE BLACK WOMAN AND HER BLACK MAN WERE BOTH OPPRESSED BY THE WHITE MAN POWER HOLD AND THAT WOULD NOT BE A SINGULAR BATTLE FOR THE BLACKS AS FOR THE WHITE WOMAN.  REMEMBER It was a plot by WHITE LESBIAN WOMEN to disrupt the WHITE MALE POWER  hold on society. TRUTHFULY, THAT WAS'NT EVEN BLACK PEOPLE'S WAR…THE BLACK MAN WAS NOT AN OPPRESSOR AND THIS EVEN SUPRISED THE WHITE FEMINIST.  Well, it didn't take White women too long to figure out this isn't going to work for White women so they very quickly abandoned feminism.  IRONICALLY it is  the American Black woman that VOLUNTEER to jump on the band wagon AND to this day  is the only women still clinging to this "infection" INDEPENDENT STRONG WOMAN CRAP.  WHAT OTHER WOMEN DOES THIS???   So I think this woman is trying to say , Black feminism is better?.   For some reason most American Black women make no sense when ever they tend to open their mouth. THIS MAKE NO SENSE WHAT SO EVER…AGAIN THE BLACK WOMAN PLAYING THE BLAME GAME YET JUSTIFYING HER GAME WITH THE SAME RULES AND OUTCOME, ..What's next "Tranny" feminism ,faggot feminism….Oh yeah I forgot , anything the White woman has …Black women feel they have to have one too..BLACK WOMEN ,DO ME , YOURSLVES AND GOD A FAVOR….LEARN IN SILENCE…BETTER YET , JUST BE QUIET…YOU RARELY MAKE ANY SENSE WHEN YOU DON'T.Ya'aqob Ariel Uriyah1 second agoSO LET ME GET THIS… BLACK FEMINISM IS  BETTER.  THE HYPOCRISY IS THAT FEMINISM ITSELF DESTROYS and was not directed at the Black woman. Heres a lil fact for ya, most 1st wave feminists ( or suffragetes as they were called then) were pro slavery, pro segragation and anti pre marital sex.

    Soooo

  10. Emma Crematant

I definitely think you should do a video explaining the history of those disenfranchising clauses such as the literacy test and the "grandfather clause".

  11. Sommer Foster

wow, so much info! sounds like you didn't take a single breath! lol anyway very informational. they don't teach this in Canadian suffragette history. I wonder if Canada's suffragette movement was similarly started by slaves who had escaped from across the border.
